Where it is used.

Your account and saved work

Signing in connects your account identifier, name and email to your saved workspace. Careergrill stores saved opportunities, application notes, preferences, audit answers and feedback so you can return to them. You need to sign in to open your saved workspace.

AI-generated feedback

When you choose Generate AI feedback, your audit answers are sent to OpenAI to produce an assessment. The request does not include your account name or email automatically. Anything you paste into an answer is included, so leave out contact details, identification numbers and confidential third-party information.

Careergrill asks OpenAI not to save generated responses for later retrieval. OpenAI’s own processing and retention terms still apply. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy.

The answers and resulting feedback are saved in Careergrill’s hosted account storage. Personal reviews and consultations are arranged separately.

Drafts and resource worksheets

Unsaved audit drafts, enquiry drafts and worksheet notes use this browser tab’s temporary storage. They survive reloads in the same tab and are cleared when that session ends. They do not automatically sync across devices. Download or save work you want to keep.

Enquiries and consultations

A prepared enquiry remains in this tab until you send it through email or WhatsApp. Those services and the linked booking provider process information under their own policies. A consultation and any paid human review are arranged separately from the AI audit.

Keeping and deleting information

Saved work remains available in your account until you delete it or request its removal. You can delete individual audits in My audits and remove saved opportunities in your workspace. To request removal of other account-linked information or ask about a copy, email info@careergrill.com. Hosting providers may retain operational records or backups under their own retention arrangements.
